Yearly Membership - Recurring - $49.95

Includes 12 months of job board access. Recurring payment - your credit card will be automatically billed every 12 months until your account is canceled.

12 Month Membership - Non-Recurring - $59.95

Includes 12 months of job board access. Non-recurring payment.

By enrolling in WillFlyForFood.com's Pilot Job Posting/Searching service (the "Service"), you become a Member and agree to be bound by this Agreement (the "Agreement").
 
1. The following fees are incurred by the Member:
1.1.  MONTHLY MEMBERS: Your credit card will be billed in United States currency automatically for the next month and every month thereafter until you cancel your membership. Membership fees will be paid by automatic credit card debit on the first day of your billing cycle. It is not necessary to re-apply each month. Recurring membership fee will remain the same as it was when you first signed up. It will not change for the duration of your membership.

1.2.  QUARTERLY MEMBERS: Your credit card will be billed in United States currency automatically for the next three months and every three months thereafter until you cancel your membership. Membership fees will be paid by automatic credit card debit on the first day of your billing cycle. It is not necessary to re-apply each month. Recurring membership fee will remain the same as it was when you first signed up. It will not change for the duration of your membership.

1.3.  YEARLY MEMBERS: Are non-recurring and will be terminated automatically at the end of the term.  You will be notified via email about approaching expiration of your account prior to the expiration date. At that time you will have the opportunity to extend your membership. 

2. There are no refunds for any Memberships.

3. CANCELLATION POLICY: Membership can be cancelled at any time by the Member. Cancellations are processed online only. See Help Section for instructions. CANCELLATION REQUESTS IN FORM OF TELEPHONE, VOICE MAIL OR EMAIL CANNOT BE PROCESSED. 

4. Notices by WillFlyForFood.com to Subscribers will be given by means of electronic messages or by a general posting on the service. 

5. Any liability of WillFlyForFood.com�s Website, including without limitation any failure of performance, error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, communications line failure, shall be strictly limited to the amount paid by or on behalf of the subscriber to WillFlyForFood.cc for the preceding 30 days. 

6. No warranty is made by WillFlyForFood.com regarding any information or services provided through or in connection with the Service, and WillFlyForFood.com hereby expressly disclaims any and all warranties, including without limitation: 1) any warranties as to the availability, accuracy, or content of information or services. 

7. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your WillFlyForFood.com Account. You shall be responsible for all uses of your Web Site registrations and passwords, whether or not authorized by You.

8. All material displayed on the Service is copyrighted by WillFlyForFood.com and may not be copied, redistributed, or downloaded, in whole or in part, without the prior written consent of WillFlyForFood.com. 

9. WillFlyForFood.com and certain other WillFlyForFood.com Sites contain links to third party web sites. These links are provided solely as a convenience to You and not as an endorsement by the Company of the contents on such third-party Web sites. The Company is not responsible for the content of linked third-party sites and does not make any representations regarding the content or accuracy of materials on such third party Web sites. If You decide to access linked third-party Web sites, You do so at your own risk.

10. All questions, complaints, or notices to WillFlyForFood.com must be sent to pilotjobs@ WillFlyForFood.com by electronic message.

11. WillFlyForFood.com does not sell, exchange, trade, give, or relinquish personal information to any outside sources that was voluntarily surrendered during a visit to the WillFlyForFood.com website.

12. WillFlyForFood.com reserves the right to terminate any membership without notice.

13. This Agreement shall be construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, and the parties irrevocably consent to bring any action to enforce this Agreement in the federal or state courts located in Fort Lauderdale, FL . This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the parties with respect to the subject matter hereof, and supersedes all previous written or oral agreements between the parties with respect to such subject matter. If any inconsistency exists between the terms of this agreement and any additional terms and conditions posted n the Service, such terms shall be interpreted as to eliminate any inconsistency, if possible, and otherwise, the additional terms and conditions shall control. This Agreement may not be amended except in writing signed by both parties and no waiver by either party shall be deemed a waiver of any preceding or subsequent breach or default. 

14. By using this site, you signify your assent to the WillFlyForFood.com Terms and Conditions. We reserve the right, at our discretion, to change, modify, add, or remove portions from this agreement at any time.
