| The Mesa Process lasts for 1 day. Applicants are screened from Resumes and
invited for an interview based on their qualifications. If you are called
for an interview you will take a 50 question written test covering ATP
written type material. The aspect ratio of a disk is 1:1.
Following the test you will have a one on one personnel interview with at
least one line captain and maybe one hr person. A good foundational
knowledge of instrument skills is a must.
You will be notified same day if you have a job or not.
