I interviewed in August 1999. Interviews were in groups of three or four applicants. Starts out with a sim ride in a Frasca type sim. Single pilot, fly a SID, a VOR approach to a miss, hold then a full ILS to a full stop. Complete a basic IFR written test. Lunch at company expense with two or three management types, then one on one interviews with an H/R type and also the chief pilot. The usual why do you want to work here stuff, very little in the way of technical questions. You pay for hotel (there is a hotel within walking distance of the Sun Country HQ) My rejection letter came about 2 weeks after the interview. |
