Quick tour of the facility. HR lady did a brief intro...she didn't seem very happy to be there. Chief Pilot came in and talked to the group (about 9 of us) about the job. We each had an interview with the Chief flight Engineer and the Chief Pilot. The Chief FE looked over my resume and then asked if I had any questions; That was all.
The Chief Pilot looked over my resume and asked me to tell me about my flying experience. He asked if I wanted the Airbus or the 747. They sent us back into the oriqinal room and a few of us were called for a drug test. Everybody that we had been dealing with or knew anything about the interview process went to lunch. When they came back about an hour and a half later, they said that a failure in communication is why they forgot about us. At that time, she gathered our paperwork and left. We figured that was the end of the interview so we all left. They called three weeks later to offer me a class that started in one week. |
