I interviewed at 9:00 am It began with A (3) part Test all done on computer. Be sure to study Gleim Instrument,Commercial, and (ATP 135 section only) knowledge tests you will get 80 questions broken down by 15 (ATP 135) 15 Commercial and 50 instrument questions. If you study hard you will pass no trick questions. After that if you pass you will conduct a Flight on a desktop computer based SIM I suggest getting some type of computer based practice as I had some difficulties with it not because of a bad scan but just not familiar with the sim but I think they just want to be sure you can control the aircraft, follow directions, and whatever you do dont give up just keep flying and watch attitude and airspeed. After that you will be asked several questions on instrument regs IFR weather related questions etc. The Chief Pilot conducts the interview and its a one on one and he does not make you feel pressured. All in All seems like a good outfit to work for and so with that I say good luck to all. Fly Safe
